Even though they were extremely busy, Jorge in the service department quickly got me into their lineup. He was on top of my vehicle getting repaired as quickly as possible and provided awesome communication throught the entire process. They got the transmission replaced in good time and is now running great. Thank you Jorge and the entire Fresno Chrysler team for the professional service and getting me back on the road!”

“I had a terrible experience at this dealership’s service department. I went in only to get my battery replaced, which was UNDER WARRANTY. The battery issue has been there since I originally bought the car, and CarMax specifically told me that the Fresno dealership could replace it for free under warranty. Due to my schedule ,and because I was out of the country in India for vacation ,I wasn’t able to come in until almost a year later. Instead of honoring the warranty or even listening, the staff became argumentative, rude, and dismissive. I have aftermarket lights that are controlled through my phone (they cannot simply be switched off), but they refused to understand that and kept blaming the lights without properly explaining anything. They then denied the warranty, pressured me into replacing the battery on the spot, and told me I couldn’t take my car elsewhere because they had already checked it. That felt extremely unprofessional and forced. In the end, I was charged around $450 just for a battery, despite being told previously that this should have been covered. No real solution, just excuses and attitude. It honestly felt like a money grab rather than customer service. On top of everything, the staff’s behavior was unacceptable, no respect, no patience, and no effort to help. This is not how a dealership should treat customers, especially over a warranty issue. Management seriously needs to review how the service department operates. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to be cautious.”
