“This is a shout-out for Erika Williams and Efraim Martinez of Premier Nissan-Fremont. I went to Premier Nissan to see if they had any used Ariyas in stock. While in the lot, Erika Williams approached me and introduced herself a saying that she was part of the Premier sales team and asked if I needed help. I told her that I was interested in a used Ariya, and was told that they had 4 in stock. Erika got the fobs for the 4 cars, and we proceeded to look at each one. Erika explained each of the trim features and asked if I wanted a CarFax printed for each vehicle. With the CarFaxes in hand, I chose one of the Ariyas to test drive. While on the drive, Erika explained the interior features and differences between the trims. After the drive, I left Priemer Nissan to review the 4 CarFaxes. A few days later, I called Erika at the dealership and asked to see the 4 Ariyas again. When I arrived, I found that Erika had moved the vehicles so that they were in a row. I decided on a silver Ariya and made an offer. Sales manager Efraim Martinez and I negotiated on price, and I believe that we came to a fair deal. Both Erika and Efraim were very professional and easy to work with. I'm very happy with my purchase of the Ariya. If you are looking for a Nissan, I highly recommend visiting this dealership and asking to work with Erika and Efraim.”

“I usually bring my car for service at this location. It is a bit far, not much to do in the area - unless you'd like to go shopping a half mile away at Pacific Commons.
Wait times are reasonable. Appointments are almost always available when I need to make one.
Credit card payments have a 3% fee, so bring your debit card or pay cash.
There is a coffee machine. 2 desks with power outlet on the ground for working. A few sofa chairs available also with a TV nearby. Wifi available.”

“I got my car serviced at Premier Nissan of Fremont, and I had a great experience overall. My car broke down about a week ago, and I was in touch with the service advisor, Dominic, through text messages. He was very quick to respond to all my questions, provided clear guidance, and helped me book the service appointment.
The service was done yesterday, and the entire process was smooth, including the pick-up and drop-off. The service quality was very good—I can clearly feel an improvement in my car’s driving experience.
The best thing about working with Dominic is his responsiveness and customer-focused attitude. He always replies quickly, keeps communication clear, and genuinely looks out for what’s best for me and my car. I really appreciate his support and professionalism.”

“Leasing my new car was one of the easiest and fastest experiences I’ve ever had. Curtis was absolutely amazing and was able to get me into a new lease within a few days! He didn’t waste time negotiating down from absurd prices. He provided me with options based on my preferences and really made me feel like a valued customer. I wish more salespeople were like him! When I finally made my decision, I went into the dealership, test drove, turned in my previous car, and finished all of the paperwork in under an hour and a half!
