“I can’t believe how this place still functions. I had terrible experience with them, unprofessional, unethical and rude staff. They intimidated me, ruined my plans and caused a serious mental issues to my mom. I had urgent flight to catch and reserved a car online, came with all suitcases and important plans in a rush. They kept me there for a few hours, said that my car is coming, another customer is fooled them and didn’t return the car. I trusted them and waited for it, and my family members as well. No updates, no replies and phone calls after a long wait. After 1 hour manager via messenger started putting all blame on me and insulted badly. I asked for any car (even more cheaper than I chose for the same price) because I had to go, but they said no car available while I’m literally there and seeing dozens of rental cars. After my plans were ruined, they didn’t even apologize and charged me the full price saying to don’t steal their belongings anymore. Absolutely horrific service”

“I’m updating my review to four stars because I believe it’s the right thing to do. My initial experience was extremely stressful, and I posted my original review while I was in the middle of a very difficult situation. Since then, Apex has reached out to me directly and has been working diligently to help me navigate and resolve the issues I’ve been dealing with. They truly did not have to do this — especially as a used car dealership — but they chose to step in, communicate, and offer support anyway. What has stood out most is the effort, responsiveness, and genuine concern they’ve shown. Many dealerships would have simply distanced themselves at this point, but Apex did the opposite. That says a lot about their integrity and how they treat their customers. While the situation itself has been challenging, I really appreciate how Apex has handled things once they became aware, and I felt it was important to reflect that in my review.”

“I’m a rideshare driver/ and gig worker….. believe it or not I stumbled across this company Russia, desperation…… I absolutely love being a driver, but seriously hate how predatory the industry is specifically Uber and Lyft and most of the gig rental companies out there. Believe it or not they are one of the most reasonably priced options for gig worker who has very little upfront Cash. They offer rentals at a daily weekly or monthly rate through a contactless platform. It’s the consideration and respect for me. It’s the options and collaboration, but really it’s the personal service on the other end of the phone…… It’s the transparency and solution centric attitude that has made all of the difference for me…. I just wanted to take my time and leave this review because I can’t believe how much they care about the experience that they’re Providing …… despite being a contactless service, I know that I’m talking to a person and not a chat bot. I know that I’m being given solid alternatives and sound advice. I cannot say that for a lot of other companies that I unfortunately had to deal with while learning the rideshare ropes… after spending $13,000 in seven months with ZEVO EV peer to peer service…. all I can say is customer service is everything it’s the make it or break it part of the experience… I cannot tell you guys how impressed I am. By the way, I mentioned the other company’s name so that you guys could check them out. They made 19 million in profit their second year in business…….. because they only have 16 employees and you will never ever talk with them. Hands-down, the worst service I’ve ever experienced… I’m only saying that to say this be careful who you give your business to especially in the rideshare industry. Integrity is hard to come by in this community….. check them out and please please use my code”

“Service department was friendly and worked with me to make sure all concerns were addressed on my vehicle. Jimmy and his team were professional and personable. They have skill and experience to get job done right. Root cause of symptoms felt driving were fully addressed and they explained everything clearly. Highly recommended!”

“*EDIT - I rented from APEX through Turo* 2 good experiences and 1 awful! Picked up car and it was filthy and smelled like a combo of wet dog & cigarettes. There were used qtips, dried liquid stains on seats and all over car. One of the hosts was so extremely rude and said it wasn't that bad. It was so gross that I laid towels down for our trip even after wiping down. There was dust and water marks from cups in cup holders. Host threatened to take the car and leave me stranded during my trip. Turo's customer service took over the communication as I expressed safety concerns, they advised me ok to continue with rental (I had no other choice so last minute) but I will not rent from APEX again and warn others to proceed with caution. The APEX host continues to harassing messages in the Turo chat even while I was on the phone with Turo customer service on the day of pick up and again while returning car. I called Turo so that I would have them on the line in case the host tried anything while I was on the lot. Horrible experience, felt very unsafe. Also host says they will take down negative review *I ended up contacting Better Business Bureau and Turo voided the bogus charges from the APEX host, who is creepy and harassing through the app. I've tried to close my Turo app but get an error message”
