From the very beginning, Christian was professional, transparent, and patient. He answered all of my questions clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. There was no pressure — just honest communication and great customer service.

“Firstly I would like to say that Dawn and Rigaud were great to work with, they deserve 5 stars.
The rating is based on the delivery of the car. I've never seen a new car with the paint in this horrendous of a condition. There is not a single inch of the car that isn't covered in swirl marks and scratches, and it's not limited to just the paint. It was raining when I took delivery, so it was difficult to see the extent of how bad it was, but I did mention to Dawn that I had already noticed a lot of scratches and swirl marks. Once I washed the car (foam gun and microfiber mit by hand), I was appalled to see just how truly terrible it was. We all know the automated machine car washes cause swirl marks, but not to this level after what should have been only one wash. Many of the scratches are long and run horizontally on the car, meaning there was still dirt on the car when it was wiped (they store the cars in an outside surface lot). It's blatantly clear that they didn't rinse or wash the car, they simply took the careless and lazy route and wiped it off with towels while it was still covered in dirt (so basically making it fine sandpaper) and called it done. It's hard to capture it all in pictures, but you can clearly see the insane amount of scratches and that they're literally everywhere. I've spent over two days and several hundreds of dollars on compound, polish, equipment, etc., to try and get the paint to at least look acceptable. I'd suggest going to another dealer so you can take delivery of a car with paint that actually looks new and not years old.”

I was purchasing from out of state, so most of the deal had to be handled over the phone, and Gabriel made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He was patient, transparent, and always quick to answer my questions. By the time I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was exactly as promised—no surprises, just great service.
