This review is written for my brother in law who purchased a car yesterday. Tyler Marie was his salesperson. She came highly recommended and did not disappoint. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, most of all not pushy throughout the process. Perfect balance to help him make a perfect choice. She guided him every step of the way by listening to his wants, needs and must haves. After he selected the car, she got the process rolling handling everything for a smooth seamless transaction. His wishes were to take the car home same day. Even though he got there mid afternoon on a Sunday, both Tyler with Karen made great efforts to make his wish happen. I may add they never showed the efforts behind the scene to make that happen for him. They showed great poise and customer service in the front end to make a happy customer of him. Karen, the finance manager was equally helpful to complete the purchase. She went above and beyond to get him the car at a fair price, great interest rate with some extras. She explained all the paper work, asked if there were any questions she could answer as they went along. He felt safe and confident he was getting a great deal between both Tyler and Karen. Tyler ended the sale by going over the car’s bells and whistles. Gave him her card and offered assistance with anything he may need afterwards including scheduling his car maintenance appointments. Excellent swift moving sale from start to finish. He was pleased with the selection process, the handling of the sale, the loan details and everything else in between. I also need to mention the adorable little dog named Mia! Cherry on the sundae! If you need a comfort dog while going through the car buying process, she’s the perfect addition 😊. Frank drove out with his brand new gorgeous vehicle after a few hours. He would give 10 stars for both Tyler and Karen!

Burak was easy going. No sales pitch easy to work who answered all my questions. Definitely a yes man and will do anything to sell a vehicle. Unfortunately I have a service message on the car when I took delivery that never cleared or they never prepped or service the vehicle and lot of smoke was blown. Because no one is giving me a service report about the service message so I assume that the vehicle was never serviced or the code wasn’t reset either way sucks for me. All they ask for is a warranty to make extra money. What a headache to get a report. Time to call GM HQ and see what they will say.

I had an amazing experience with Tyler and Karen! I was able to purchase my first car ever from a dealership. Everything went super smoothly and Tyler was very attentive to every detail and quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had. Tyler gave me positive vibes with her bubbly unique personality. I highly recommend going to see Tyler for any car purchases since she made sure I was well informed of every step being made until I had my car in my possession! George was very professional and very efficient. He made everything so easy. It was the smoothest deal I’ve ever made. Props to George at East Hills, probably the best sells man out there. I love my 2025 Chevy Trax
