“Dropped my 2016 Rubicon off Sunday for an overheating issue after a weekend of good off-roading. Salesman Anthony Carter helped me get it parked and showed me how to do an overnight drop off. Next morning I got a text saying that they were diagnosing the issue. Hour later letting me know what the issue was and how much it would cost and that they would have it ready by noon. It was ready by noon and I was on the road back home to the Outer Banks NC, all in less then 24 hours. Josh, you did a great job getting my jeep in quickly and keeping me informed of the progress. The problem was a broken idler pulleys went bad and broken drive belt.”
