“Bought a car for/with my son after an accident with a deer. Talked with Sam initially and he was very friendly and forthright. Got passed on to Jason (great guy to talk to) and eventually Sean (very professional and friendly) as we came to our final decision. There were some issues while driving the car that Prime Galleria got fixed for us immediately. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I know these guys wanted to get home, but they stayed with us until the car was finished and the made sure we were happy with the purchase. About a week later, there was a lingering smell (smoke) from the previous owner and Prime took the car back to have it fumigated. They made it right and we are very thankful. My son loves his Lexus is250 and I appreciate that Prime Galleria was committed to giving us a great deal and standing behind it. We ll done!”

“This ended up being the worst buying experience ever. After one week barely driving the BMW 650i check engine light on radio cuts off on its own car shuts off completely and they want to send me to their boot leg mechanic in Temple Hills so he can put a bandage on the real issue and send me on my way. Please stay away from this dealership.. Apollo will sweet talk you into buying a piece of garbage stating you have a buy back contract a lie and not respond when you have issue.. I should have listened to the reviews I read.. Horrible.. Don't believe those fake reviews from one month ago after I posted a real review with picture as proof the vehicle's at this dealership is straight garbage. Mechanic literally in an alley behind a closed down enterprise shop has no name on St Barnabas Road in Temple Hills 😑. Wish I could post 0 stars please stay away from this street dealer who sells garbage that will break down as soon as you leave the establishment. Please pay attention to the reviews stating the truth about the issues with vehicles purchased here This place need to be shut down ASAP.. 6/10/25 At BMW service with the BMW 650i purchased from this establishment transmission going up radio no longer works car had been in accident which was not disclosed on carfax report.. Please anyone looking to purchase a vehicle please stay away from Prime Galleria Inc they are truly selling garbage I am posting pictures as proof because they are clearly paying for fake good reviews.. I purchased this vehicle for 10,000 haven't driven a full day car wobbles when applying breaks.. It's sad when trust people 😞 and they take cold advantage of you. Another light on for low oil level 6/27/25 when the mechanic sent to by this establishment the back alley mechanic supposedly did am oil change not even a month ago..Please stay away from this dealership vehicle's are straight garbage you will be losing your money. Update transmission went up in BMW had less than 6 months Please stay away from this dealership.. Thanks for your false response and your false 4.6 reviews that you paid for . You honestly sell garbage that's it that's all. I am not the only person who purchased a vehicle that no longer is drivable.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars to this dealership I would. They made my car buying experience simple and seamless. They were able to handle the financing over the phone and took the time to shop for the best deal for me. Furthermore, I was able to purchase a 2015 Mazda CX-5, that according to carfax, had no accidents and was under 90,000 for a price that could not be beaten for sure. I trusted them so much, I drove an hour to this dealership, and when I arrived they immediately made me feel welcome and assured me after my purchase that I was now part of the Prime Galleria family and they would take care of me, which I assure they went above and beyond to make sure I would feel safe driving the car off the lot. They aren't fancy , flashy, or showy. Instead, they invest in making sure that the car you drive off the lot will be something you can be proud of and feel safe driving. My rating: Above 5 stars.”
