“Horrible sales people! Zachery & Melanie are TERRIBLE !! My husband and I explained we had 3 kids and needed a reliable car for important Dr visits for our autistic child hours away and he assured us the car was legit . 2018 jeep Cherokee got us to pay 7k & after a month 1/2 the check engine light came on and car completely stopped working . He was very rude about the whole situation when I informed him . It shut off on me w my kids in the middle of the highway otw to NJ . We kept putting money into it weekly along w paying car note insurance & spent almost 2K in repairs . Check engine light still was on . Finally took it to jeep and the amount of repairs and labor was 6k . The warranty he gave us covered absolutely nothing !! We ended up losing our money and surrendering the car . A repo on my credit that iam trying to get off now . We ended up buying another truck somewhere else very reliable and we should have went w our first instinct ! Lesson learned . If your thinking about buying here please don’t save yourself the money and head ache these ppl just want your money they don’t care about customers needs .”
