If you have an older Mini, Ramsey knows them very well and is able to solve issues efficiently at a price well below what you would find at a dealer. He is also willing to discuss financial vs safety issues when considering what needs to be repaired. Keeping repair costs to necessities is important for my teen driver family, and Ramsey has helped tremendously. If you've been given a SHOCKING estimate by a dealer, have your Mini checked out by Ramsey.”

“While he does have a great selection, we have had a terrible experience with the owner Ramsey. It’s a long story, but it ends with us being too kind and bringing a car we bought there back, and him holding money and car saying he has a buyer, but after two months has done nothing to rectify the situation! ! Update: After 5 months of contact with Ramsey, he has yet to rectify the situation between us, although he continually says he is working on it. He did ask for me to remove this review; which i refuse to do until he makes good on his word of taking care of this issue. 100% would not recommend this guy for doing business.!”

“Everything you've read in previous reviews is 100% true even until now! Wonderful experience with Ramsey. No gimmicks, no pressure, no games. Purchased a cute little mini for our granddaughter. Ramsey has gone over the vehicle with a fine toothcomb and fixed whatever was found or anything I had concerns about. He's really great with following up and providing answers before and during the sales process. I must admit it's a little harder catching him after a sale because he's giving that same pre-sale attention to another potential buyer, BUT he WILL get back to you and address your after-purchase concerns.
