“I was quoted 8k to keep scheduled maintenance on my Audi. When it was done I was advised I should get another 100k out of it. 2 weeks after they changed the transmission fluid the transmission exploded and needs 24k in work. The service department advised it wasn’t their fault. I trusted Andre and Ray and they don’t stand by their work or their word. My car has been kept immaculate and every recommended service provided including always using 93 gas. I would not recommend this service center and I would not recommend keeping your Audi after the manufacturer warranty because luxury cars are ‘delicate’ and have no ‘value after warranty.’ I now have an 8k debt and a car worth $0 and this is how people end up jobless and homeless. Unethical service centers. A person cannot survive in this world without a car.”

“We drove 5 1/2 hrs south to Fredrick, it was worth the drive. Zack & Mike were very helpful without being pushy. Great deal on our trade, better than any up where we live. Car has new tires & was detailed so you cant tell it from new. Beautiful dealership. Overall great experience and even though it was a long drive we would buy from them again.”
