“They have to be the worst Audi dealership… I purchased my Audi SQ5 from them back in March of 2025. I’m from NY so I had to make a trip down. I signed paperwork online. AFTER signing paperwork the listed price of the car went down significantly (Poor business practice) even though I was told the price was firm. The pickup process was lackluster. This was my first Audi and was I excited but wasn’t necessarily greeted well nor informed about the features of the vehicle. I was simply given two fobs, one of which didn’t have a key. After driving the vehicle on the highway I noticed the steering was way off. If I held the steering wheel straight the car would noticeably veer to the left. This was a CPO with less than 15k miles btw. I had to get the car fixed at my local dealer in NY which Audi Frederick did pay for, however the salesman acted like they did nothing wrong. Finally, I recently inquired about refinancing my loan. The employee that handles the title information talked to me like I was stupid instead of answering my simple questions. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. I drove all the way down from NY to buy my dream car and the experience was quite a nightmare.”
