“I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2019 Ram 1500. The truck is exactly what I was looking for—it’s clean, runs great, and drives amazingly well. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
I also want to sincerely thank the entire team for making the buying process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Rhett, who was professional, honest, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident with my purchase.
I’m truly grateful for all the help in getting me into my new truck. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle and outstanding customer service. Thank you again, Rhett, and the whole team!”

“Spoke to Mike on Tuesday.Asked if there was anything that l needed to know about the vehicle. He said "no".I sent a deposit in good faith. Then l flew from St. Paul to Denver, and caught an Uber to Sterling. He tells me it was in a small accident.A piece of trim was missing, and there was some minor damage. Finished the paperwork and got on the road. Now Sterling KNEW l was driving right back.l look at the gas guage.....empty.....then l notice the CHANGE OIL light is on.Further down the road l find out there is no washer fluid. As time goes on l discover two pieces of trim are actually missing. A clip on a visor is missing. The tailgate has a bend in it and does nitty close properly. The sun roof didn't close properly. Plus the motor has a small "tick"...... Now l know that it is a '12, with 120k miles on it....But just tell your clients the truth so they can make an informed decision.Plus, change the oil and gas in it, just to be courteous....
So then this happens.I wrote a review that was not too nice. My phone rings and it is Sterling. They tell me that they are going to send me $500.oo to make up for the situation, and have me take down the review. That was last week.... this is all after they know that l am a disabled Iraq and Afghanistan Vet...... which doesn't make me special, just further illustrates how they deal with people who are not local.....
Update.... it has been a month now.... no check..... this is AFTER the owner personally calls me, and sends me a photo of the "check"..... can't make this stuff up....”

“I feel compelled to share my experience with Sterling Auto, especially with Ryan and Joe, as it truly stands out in today’s world.
As someone who often questions the authenticity of reviews, I can assure you that my feedback is based on genuine experiences. My situation was unique: I had just moved to the area and needed a truck quickly, while my wife (who’s pregnant) would follow the following week. When I called about a truck that had just become available, Joe answered and confirmed its availability. Although I had no way to get to the dealership that day, Joe went above and beyond by offering to pick me up. Ultimately, we didn’t go that route, but it showed his commitment to customer service.
The next day, when I arrived, Joe had the truck ready and waiting. He handed me the keys and said, “Feel free to take it to the ranch and make sure you’re happy with it.” I loved the truck and completed the paperwork without any hassle. The entire team was fantastic.
Fast forward a month: My truck had four open recalls, which were fully disclosed to me. I decided to get them fixed while I was out of town for business. I took it to Dodge in Castle Rock, who assured me everything would be done by the time I got back. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Shortly after getting the truck back, the check engine light came on. It turned out that the EGR was the recalled item, but when my intake manifold failed shortly after, as a result of being damaged by the EGR, the dealership refused to cover it, despite the clear link to the initial recall.
Frustrated and feeling stuck with a $3,800 repair bill, especially when that is our only vehicle, I reached out to Joe at Sterling. He was incredibly gracious and connected me to Ryan, who told me to bring the truck in—they would take care of me. I was blown away by their willingness to help, especially considering it was a used truck and they weren’t obligated to do anything.
When I called Ryan a couple of days later, the situation had worsened with coolant leaks becoming an emergent issue. He told me to bring it in that day, which I did. I initially expected to wait at least a week for repairs, but when I followed up the next day, Ryan surprised me again, To my astonishment, he was already working on it! I was told to come in the next day to pick up my truck fully repaired!
I can’t express how thankful my wife and I are for the support and care we received from everyone at Sterling Auto. They exemplify what it means to stand behind their products and treat customers with respect and compassion. They truly cared about every aspect of my situation, even down to having the truck finished before one of the most exciting baby Dr appointments we have had, it’s when we find out the gender!
We will definitely return when it’s time for my wife to get her vehicle!
Thank you, Ryan and Joe, for your outstanding service!”

“After having my truck for 4 months I have to say this place I would only recommend to someone who knows about vehicles. As someone who is not very educated on cars I say I got screwed pretty bad first unfortunately I was not thinking ahead and hired a mechanic to go and inspect the car with me which was my own fault. I trusted the dealer ship to sell me a good car and unfortunately dealers only want sales. I got a gmc sierra Denali which was my dream truck. First thing that went wrong days after getting it had some electrical issue I literally about broke my foot getting into my truck as the step the truck has started moving while I had my foot on the step then the battery went bad 2 weeks later which I had to purchase a new battery which costed 240 dollars. Then the radio would start chancing stations by it self then the rims I thought were original and went I took it to get detailed the rims started peeling because the rims were painted and not to mention the oil was black thankfully I remembered to check it the next day and took it in for an oils change right away. At least an oil change would have been highly appreciated. I did reach out to the dealer regarding the warranty and unfortunately all they had was excuses and they said they would call back and never did. I love the truck trust me it’s a beautiful truck but just all those issues had pushed me to make a decision and trade in my truck for a 4 runner there is no way I can put more money on the truck when I already have to pay $36,000 for it and with it having over 108 thousand miles I think getting a more reliable car would be better in the future. This is my personal experience I hope you all have a different experience than me 🙂”
