Because of this, we were locked out of our truck on Christmas Day. This was especially frustrating since these are issues that should have been caught and handled at delivery. To add to that, the fuel tank was not filled at purchase, which felt like another missed basic courtesy. We expected better attention to detail and follow-through when buying a vehicle.
