“I brought my Jetta in for a routine service appointment with David E. on 12/31/25. This was my first time visiting this location and dealership group, and overall I had a great experience. David was friendly, the waiting area was comfortable, and the service was completed within the estimated time frame I was given upon arrival. I especially appreciated receiving videos of my car showing both under the hood and the underbody, as well as the complimentary car wash. A previous place I went for service did not offer these extras. I would recommend this location for service and plan to return for future visits.”
