“I had a fantastic experience working with Trey (sales) and Chase (finance). Both of them were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish.
Trey made the entire process comfortable and low-pressure. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood my options, and never once made me feel rushed or pushed into anything. That kind of approach goes a long way.
Chase in finance was just as great. He clearly explained everything, was completely transparent about numbers and options, and made the paperwork side smooth and stress-free.
Also, shoutout to Daniel (GM) for taking time to talk about our purchase with us on a busy day. Fantastic customer experience.

“Great businesses are the ones that focus on the little details, and the Infiniti of Cool Springs goes above and beyond in that department. From the snack bar, the service and prices, the dealer is top notch. During my recent visit, I took my car for service, and right away offer a loaner so I didn’t have to wait… thank you for value my time.
Once I was returning the loaner, there was a horrible accident, which delayed my arrival to the dealership. To make the story short, we text the service advisor and she graciously agreed to stay beyond her normal departure/closure time. I was stressed, back and knees pain, but when I finally arrived, she was so calm, and provided so much comfort that my stress level went from 100 to 0 in like 20 seconds into the conversation (back pain remained though).
Is amazing how her disposition made so much impact in the experience. In any event, she was able to charge me right away and even forgive the gas I had used. Again, excellent service, experience and most definitely will buy at the dealership again.”

“We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had a solid overall experience!
Our sales person Aaron was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the process. Joe spent a lot of time working through the deal structure with us and was patient in answering questions and helping it make sense for us. Chase in finance was efficient and straightforward. We were in and out of finance quickly, and there was no pressure to add on anything extra, which we appreciated.
We did pay MSRP for the vehicle, but we understood that going in with a top-of-the-line model..you have to pay to play, and we understand the game. In the end, we left with the vehicle we wanted and a professional, straightforward buying experience. We would do business with them again in the future and would definitely recommend them to our family and friends!”

“Overall great experience as good as it gets when it comes to buying a car. Professional staff and they work very fast to close the deal. I got a good deal I felt and they made money so I can definitely recommend this dealership. Even though it's a high-end dealer they have lots of really good well maintained used cars it will save you some money.”
