“Great businesses are the ones that focus on the little details, and the Infiniti of Cool Springs goes above and beyond in that department. From the snack bar, the service and prices, the dealer is top notch. During my recent visit, I took my car for service, and right away offer a loaner so I didn’t have to wait… thank you for value my time. Once I was returning the loaner, there was a horrible accident, which delayed my arrival to the dealership. To make the story short, we text the service advisor and she graciously agreed to stay beyond her normal departure/closure time. I was stressed, back and knees pain, but when I finally arrived, she was so calm, and provided so much comfort that my stress level went from 100 to 0 in like 20 seconds into the conversation (back pain remained though). Is amazing how her disposition made so much impact in the experience. In any event, she was able to charge me right away and even forgive the gas I had used.
