“We recently purchased a 2025 Lincoln Corsair from this dealership, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Our sales rep, Miguel, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to show us different options and helped us find the perfect car. They didn’t have the exact model on the lot, but Miguel arranged for it to be delivered all the way from Missouri, and it arrived in just two days!
Lauren, the manager, was also incredibly helpful. She made sure that the pinstripe, which we hadn’t expected from the pictures, was removed without any hassle. She ensured the vehicle was fully updated and ready for us.
The only downside was the experience with the Enterprise rental desk on site. The woman working there was extremely rude, loud, and bossy, even toward another dealership employee. I had to step in to get her to stop, which wasn’t something we expected at a dealership of this caliber.
Despite that, our overall experience with the dealership was excellent, and we would definitely recommend them. Just hope the rental desk situation improves!”

“Clyde, did such a great job. Helping me. He took his time talking to me about the Lincoln. didn't push me. Took his time and explain everything to me. I thought he did a fantastic job and I like the vehicle that I have, then he had me laughing and saying some of the funny words, which made my day so I just want to thank Ford and some of the people that congratulate me getting my vehicle. All the workers was very nice. And clyde also done very very good happen, my 2 nieces, as well getting a Lincoln. Cynthia peace ✌🏽 getting ready to enjoy my beautiful lincoln,”

“The salesperson we dealt with (Frank Taylor) did a great job helping my wife & I find the right vehicle. He wasn't pushy or dismissive or rushing us so he could get to another customer. The management/financing arm of the dealership did what was needed to keep our business & meet our needs. Overall a great experience given the fact that car shopping can be stressful & downright unpleasant. Thanks Lincoln/Ford of Franklin!
