“On carmax website, you can save cars/ truck/ SUV that you like and also be notified when a new model is available. While searching a SUV popped up that was just put into the portal. It was exactly the trim package and color I’ve been searching for. It was also in driving distance; not my local store but close enough for me to make the trip. I booked a reservation to test drive;I didn’t wanna risk losing it. I arrived at the location too meet my salesperson Mr. Henry Beeler. He was great from the start. He directed me to the vehicle which was conveniently place right out side the doors, allowed me to do a detailed inspection of the car, asked if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. I agreed to a test drive which was seamless (show your driver license and insurance, sign a waiver and your off). He moved the SUV outside the gates, gave me the keys and allowed me to drive about 15 mins by myself which was great. Returned the car, decided it was for me, we did the paperwork and I had keys in hand in less than 2 hours. Mr. Henry Beeler was fantastic. He was very detailed and informative! Every question was answered with great clarity, from maxcare options to recalls on the SUV. He was very knowledgeable. Overall this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a dealership. Comfortable environment and friendly people.”
