The experience with Herb Connolly Chevrolet dealership was outstanding, professional with everyone we dealt with from the time we arrived. We had an appointment with Joao. He was pleasant to deal with and responsive to our many questions about the vehicle, financing and service, etc. He was not a high powered salesman trying to sell us something we didn’t want. We had an enjoyable test drive in a new Silverado with him. He followed up and communicated with us on all necessary documents and what was needed to drive off with our new truck. There were no surprises or snags dealing with anyone. We received a great deal and would purchase another vehicle at this dealership. Great teamwork everyone.”

“I’ve purchased three cars from Herb Connelly over the years, and every one of them has needed service at their center for everything from routine maintenance to recalls. Unfortunately, each visit has meant my car being kept for at least two weeks, even for standard repairs. Communication is almost nonexistent—I’ve had to show up in person just to get updates. On two occasions, repairs were done incorrectly, forcing me to return multiple times to fix the same issue, at my own expense. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of service and will not be returning.”

“I’m very disappointed with the service experience I had at Herb Connolly Chevrolet, especially with the Service Advisor Joie. From the very beginning her attitude was impatient and unprofessional, and it made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. I brought my truck in because the check engine light came on, and despite leaving it for service I received no communication or updates about what was going on. I even went to the dealership in person and still no one could provide me with an update. Later, she was rude to me on the phone and even hung up on me during the only communication we had. The ride she said she would send to pick me up never arrived. When I went to pick up my truck I spoke with the manager, but until today I have not received any summary or explanation of what was done to my vehicle under warranty. As a customer, I expect clear communication, respect, and transparency, none of which I experienced here. I truly hope the dealership addresses this internally so future customers do not go through the same situation.”
