“On the unfortunate side, service put on summer tires when I bought the car during the winter, telling me I’d need new tires and they wouldn’t fix the rim damage. The salesmen here are a little uneducated on some of the vehicles they’re selling but my salesman Marvin Roblero was great, answered my questions as best as he could and did a great job establishing a customer relationship with me without making false promises. The car itself drives great, was in great condition and I have had no issues with it.”

He was very helpful, made the whole process easy, and there was no BS!! Great price and great rate, left very happy with my truck. Highly recommend shopping here!”

“Horrendous customer service!! I read reviews stating this dealer was unprofessional and not enjoyable to work with but the car they had was the exact spec so we gambled. Unfortunately our sales man Matheus was not only unfamiliar with the car he was selling us, to the point I had to correct him on many features and specs of the car. But he was not able to see where I was coming from after stating the touch up paint used was not from Audi. It was from an auto parts store and was not color matched. They offered 3,500 on our trade and then when I stated I was going to sell it for 5k private some how they were able to give me 5k for my trade…. not 3.5k. Overall was very disappointed with the service and professionalism with this dealer. I can not recommend you spend anytime there. There was a new person training with my salesman and he did not introduce himself or make eye contact. Lastly when in the waiting room a employee walked over to my mother and I and started to talk about cars and then started talking poorly about Audi and Volkswagens specifically the Audi A4 which is the car we quite literally just purchased from there dealership. The car was suppose to be delivered today. However they sent a runner down in a different car.. so we had to then drive 2 hours away to get to the dealer after they reassured us twice we would not need to drive back. This is our 4th Audi purchase and I truly wouldn’t want anyone to spend time and money at AutoMax Framingham MA. We will never be returning and will be very vocal about the poor service. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with how poorly we were treated.”
