We had already decided on the vehicle, so the process mainly involved trading in our old car and finalizing the purchase, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We were a bit disappointed with the trade-in value of our old car, but that was partly due to a damage in its history that we were not aware of beforehand. “On the unfortunate side, service put on summer tires when I bought the car during the winter, telling me I’d need new tires and they wouldn’t fix the rim damage. The salesmen here are a little uneducated on some of the vehicles they’re selling but my salesman Marvin Roblero was great, answered my questions as best as he could and did a great job establishing a customer relationship with me without making false promises. The car itself drives great, was in great condition and I have had no issues with it.”
