“Mich Villegas went above and beyond in helping me secure a 2018 equinox on a trade-in where we were able to walk out with cash in hand he actually went the extra mile to make sure that we got a good deal. He was more than patient and spent quality time with us salesman like him make me want to buy more cars. He went above and beyond to the point where he stayed way after his shift and not making us feel rushed from the moment we walked in to the moment we left we felt his kindness and confidence. I will definitely buy another car in the future from him directly.”

“I brought in a Chevy Volt with 151k miles that I had just purchased from a nearby used car lot (not Ray), asking Ray to check it over just to make sure it was safe to drive to my home 400 miles away in Minnesota. I told them that I would pay for their time to find any faults with the car. They thoroughly checked it over, told me it needed new tires soon and a new engine air filter, but it was okay for me to drive home. They didn't charge me a cent! And I made it home safe and sound. Thanks to the good folks in the Service Department at Ray Chevrolet!”

“My first impression of this dealership was extremely poor. The initial sales representative who emailed and texted me—his name, I believe, was Mike Kuhn—did not respond to my questions clearly or directly. His answers often didn’t match what I asked, and his communication felt deceptive. He made the vehicle-buying process frustrating from the start. We ultimately decided to come in just for a test drive and an appraisal, figuring it couldn’t hurt. Once there, we were assigned Cody as our sales representative, and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the Silverado EV, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Cody was truly the only positive part of this experience. After the test drive, we reviewed the numbers and were undecided. Arnold adjusted our trade-in value from $28,000 to $31,000, but we were still on the fence. When we were then told that we would lose $4,000 in bonus cash if we financed at 2.9% for 84 months, I was furious. At no point did Mike Kuhn disclose this in any email or text. Feeling very upset, we left the dealership. On the drive home, Arnold called and said the owner approved giving us the $4,000 after all, but claimed the deal was only valid that night—even though it was already 8:00 p.m. At that point, the situation felt increasingly deceptive, so we declined. The only reason we returned on Saturday was because Arnold promised to meet our payment needs and include rubber floor mats. Neither promise was kept. Since this was our second visit, we felt significant pressure to go through with the purchase. We felt taken advantage of, especially because Arnold did not honor what he had committed to. We raised these concerns with Carrie, but she took no action. At her desk, she asked us to tell her anything the dealership had done that would prevent us from giving a five-star review. We were honest and explained our concerns. She did absolutely nothing in response. It felt as though we were being pressured or guilted into leaving a positive review despite the issues we raised. We ultimately left with a new truck, but with a very negative impression of the dealership. Cody was the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. Making promises you don’t keep—especially to pressure customers into returning and into a deal that exceeds their payment needs—is not good business practice. Additionally, Carrie’s handling of our concerns reflected very poor customer service management. Asking for feedback and then ignoring it entirely only reinforced how deceptive and wrong this experience felt.”
