Outstanding Sales experience at Fort Worth Bryant Irvin location. Robert Grimmett provided me with an outstanding sales experience at Fort Worth Bryant Irvin location. Robert was exceptional in that he personally managed my car acquisition process for not just one, but two brand new 2026 GLC 300 SUVs. Throughout each stage, Robert consistently kept me informed, ensuring that I was updated on every detail. Robert was proactive in his communication, reaching out via calls and texts to address all aspects of my car purchases (even on Sundays). From our initial meeting and test drive of the GLC 300, to identifying the ideal Mercedes for my needs, and all the way through to the final steps of purchasing and taking delivery of the two vehicles, Robert’s involvement was both thorough and reassuring. Robert consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. What stood out most about Robert was his deep knowledge of the vehicle itself and his refined approach to the documentation required for purchasing a new car. In June 2025, I went to Park Place to look at a used BMW. After driving it, I realized it was not the right fit for me. Mercedes then took the time to show me several certified pre-owned Mercedes vehicles, followed by a few new options. She clearly explained all available choices without any pressure. When I left, she did not blow up my phone like many dealerships do, which I truly appreciated. Six months later, I finally found a vehicle I loved, but it was located in Dallas. The day I texted Mercedes to let her know which car I wanted to see, she drove it to Fort Worth that same day. When I came in to see it, the financial negotiation was straightforward and quick. They even included a gift with my car purchase, which was a thoughtful touch and truly showed they care. The General Manager, George, also came out personally to congratulate me. The service I received from the sales team at Park Place Mercedes-Benz was top-tier. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Mercedes Lopez.

I've never liked dealerships because of the stress involved during the buying process. We have used Park Place Motorcars for service on our 2013 Diesel GL350 Bluetech and the loaner car offering sold us on choosing a dealership for repair versus a local shop. A short time ago, our 2013 ended up back in the service bay for more work and when they told us the future repairs would be adding up in the large numbers, we had the "conversation" about what to do next. We actually weren't Mercedes-Benz brand loyalists. This used car just happened to be what we bought and it had a terrible year. We chose to replace it with a new smaller SUV of a different brand. Jeremy in service has been amazing to our family and asked what we were looking into. We told him and he said let me talk with sales. Marin put together an offer on a 2017 GLE350 4Matic that we couldn't pass up. The price was perfect, the numbers fell into place and BOOM - we are probably loyalists. I would say that we are loyalists to Park Place after the way they've treated us during this transaction. Mercedes-Benz to make an experience awesome. We ended up working with a notary in another state for our family member that lives Texas and that process went extremely well. If you're looking into buying a car from them and you live in another state, the process is simple.

I recently brought my Mercedes G63 in for routine maintenance and asked the team to check why my check engine light was on (it came on immediately after my last service with them). After the dealership kept my car for five days, I scheduled an appointment to pick it up and return my rental—only to have a genuinely disappointing experience from start to finish. When they pulled my car around, it was completely covered in leaves and dirt(attached a picture of how my car was brought to me to pick up). I dropped it off clean, so it was obvious it had been left outside all week, and they didn’t bother washing it before my scheduled pickup. My service rep, Alex Rodriguez, actually laughed and asked if I wanted it washed. They then “rinsed it off” with a hose and handed it back to me soaking wet with water spots everywhere. To make matters worse, the check engine light was still on, and my entire car smelled like sour mildew. After looking into it, I discovered my passenger floor mat was wet, and we had two days of heavy rain during my car’s stay. It appears my passenger window was left down, causing water to pool in the floorboard and creating a strong mildew smell. I called the dealership to address all of this, and the service department didn’t apologize once. I was simply told to bring the car back on Monday for them to “look into” the check engine light—no acknowledgement of the condition my car was returned in, the water damage, or the lack of care. I was told a manager would call me, and as of now, I’m still waiting. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a Mercedes dealership. What happened to treating customers like they’re valued? I am currently in the market for a new G63, but after this experience, I will absolutely not be purchasing from this dealership. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Exceptional service form Marin Kovacevic from the sales department. I met Marin a few months ago when I needed a service and I was thinking about upgrading my Benz. Recently I decided I really needed that new car. So I reached out to Marin and stopped by to look at current inventory. I got preapproved and then the same day we suffered a loss in our family. I let Marin know and he was extremely professional and gave me condolences. I told him I needed time. Other car salesmen would’ve been pushy and overbearing & I never once felt that pressure from him. I worked in banking for 9 years, so believe me I know how dealerships can be. A little over a week later, when I finally decided to look on the website again to see if there was anything that stood out to me. I saw “The One”. I messaged Marin and less than 30 min later I got the proposal, I had my lender run the value right away & was immediately sold. They priced this vehicle extremely well and with only 15k miles and warranty until 2029, panoramic roof w/ red seat belts.How could I say no? I hadn’t even this seen the vehicle in person yet. Marin sent me details via text and email communication with my lender which was helpful considering I have a extremely busy schedule. I got a beautiful 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLA 35 AMG🔥 I got the gorgeous big red bow and a AMG gift box with goodies inside. Hands down best experience I’ve had with a car sales purchase.
