I was not going to write this review because I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt. I know it's a Monday but driving in to get a oil change was the worst customer service I had seen in years. After I found I needed to talk to a service advisor and not the front clerk, I walked and found a service advisor in the sliding door offices. No good morning, how you doing, nothing. I mentioned I was looking for someone to help me with an oil change. He took the keys and I went to the front to wait. I was told it would be 1.5 hours, so I decided to get some work done. After the time had passed I tried to find some information on my vehicle. The front clerk said she had no information and I would need to talk to a service advisor. So I go back to the same advisors office, he was not there but to find another advisor. Same thing, I had to say hi and run the show my self. Neither advisor gave me their name to formally introduce myself or themselves which was professionally awkward. The paperwork showing the truck was completed was just sitting on the missing advisors desk. No call or text which meant I could have maybe been sitting waiting for who knows how long. Overall moral and good customer service start at the top. I decided to try and talk to the MOD to clear the air and let him know this was such a let down. The MOD didn't get back to me in time after waiting another 20 minutes to try and let him know personally I would never be returning with work or personal vehicles from this point on. I don't mind paying 30% more on services if they come with a professional team to work with. This is completely separate from another issue previously with a key being made. The service advisor with the twirly mustache got overly emotional at me during this incident, with him saying "why would I help you fix the issue if you said you would not come back here" Obviously the key was given to my team for free and that should show after the MOD listening to the recordings of my calls enquiring about a key and what was said, gave the key for free. We were in the correct side of the argument. As someone who has been in the service industry for decades, this team, especially the incident with the key, that advisor leaves you wondering if something malicious was done to the car. The same feeling you get when you ask for a correction from a shady restaurant and wonder if the food was tampered with. In an economy like this I would think people would be putting there best forward to work with paying customers. Instead you get burned out egos and shady service advisors. Super let down. Will be driving double to distance to work with another dealership from now on. 5+ cars lost to this dealership.

The whole experience was awesome! Our salesman, Bart, was fantastic. Finance was easy to work with. We even decided after purchasing that we didn't want the warranties and they cancelled them for us with no problem at all. I've never walked away from buying a car and felt as good about it as I did with Bart and the people at Moritz!

It was beyond my expectations. My salesperson, Bart, was easy going, knowledgeable, and impossible to not like. Same goes for Miguel in finance. I will be bringing my friend to buy a truck in the next week!! That's how great it was!! A big thank you to everyone there at Moritz Chevrolet for being so easy to work with!!

Amazing experience. Fast, professional we went in, Sergio got us all situated and paperwork done quickly. Finance was a great experience and amazing help at finding our best option. 5 stars for sure will be a repeat customer.

I just had the best experience purchasing a new vehicle at Moritz Chevrolet. David Carlton was the salesman who helped me and he was top notch! This was hands down the best and easiest experience I've had purchasing a vehicle in my 55 years on this earth. He did not pressure you like other places, no hidden or added fees and the price that was advertised online was the final price of the vehicle. The finance department was great also. This whole process was smooth as a babies butt! 😂 I will be going back to the Moritz family on my next purchase and encourage anyone looking for a new vehicle to give them a shot and ask for David.🤙
