“I had a great experience purchasing my used car, especially considering I was on a tight time crunch trying to get everything done before my kids got out of school. Maryanne was my salesperson and did as much as possible ahead of time before I even arrived, which made the signing process incredibly smooth and efficient. She had the keys ready to go exactly as promised. There was a low tire pressure light on when I picked up the vehicle. Maryanne said she’d had someone check it and was told the light would go off once I drove. Since this was a newer version of the vehicle I traded in, I knew that wasn’t likely the case - I don’t believe she was being dishonest, just given incorrect information. I drove straight to the service center, and they immediately took the car back. In less than 10 minutes, the issue was fixed and I was on my way. Jesse in finance was also great to work with. He helped breeze through the paperwork and found an agreeable price that included a warranty, GAP, and a cleaning package. I was told the paperwork would be emailed by the end of the day; I did have to call back to request it, but Jesse apologized and sent everything right away. I told the team I needed to be home by 2:00 PM - and I walked in at 2:01. That’s a win in my book. Overall, the process was efficient, respectful of my time, and handled with accountability. I’d absolutely recommend working with Maryanne and Jesse.”
