“I recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti QX80, and I had an outstanding experience with this dealership. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. The customer service team was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. The vehicle was exactly as described — clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition.
Their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set them apart. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.”

“I recently purchased a Jaguar F-Pace from DFW Auto and drove from two hours away to come and look at it and hopefully purchase it. After the test drive and further looking all was good but ended up finding a coolant leak which ended up being the thermostat but as soon as I notified them. It took a few hours for them to figure it out but the problem got resolved and proof from the mechanic in form of videos and photos were given to me to prove it was fixed and I was able to purchase the vehicle. DFW Auto did an amazing job and were also welcoming, LaMond was the salesman and he was awesome to talk to, friendly, and helpful. Yhe manager who that day was wearing the blue cap (I apologize I cant remember your name) also was amazing in helping getting it fixed and finished up before closing time, overall an awesome experience even though of course a decently long wait due to the vehicle being fixed.”

“We recently purchased a Ford F-150 from this dealership. Five days later the breaks stopped working and I had to use the emergency brake to stop the truck and safely park the truck at a gas station. I had my kids with me and thank the Lord that nothing happened to us.
I was two hours from home and had to have a local repair shop look at the truck and they found that the master cylinder, brake booster, two calipers, and hub had failed. It cost me $3000 to get the truck back on the road. I called DFW auto and left them a couple messages and didn’t get a call back for a few days. After my conversation with them, I was told the owner would write us a check for $500. It felt like a slap in the face and I felt that they should cover the entire $3000 bill or at least half of it since it was only a few days after purchasing the truck.
I’m very disappointed in how this was handled and hope they change the way they inspect their vehicles before selling them so this type of incident doesn’t happen again.
I strongly caution anyone considering DFW Auto to steer clear. If you must buy from them, have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic first. I deeply regret our decision to purchase here and urge others to avoid the same mistake.”

“If I could give ZERO stars I would. We bought a used truck from them and the following weekend the master cylinder went out and left my husband and kids stranded 2 hours away from home. We called “Sam” who encouraged us to call him if we had any issues and he was “not available” all day, also “no manager” available. All I wanted them to do was the right thing. BE AWARE they DO NOT inspected their used inventory at all! Did not clean the car when we bought it even though we waiting an hour for them to do so, and left us with 30 miles in the gas tank. Also, pretty sure THEY STOLE MY IDENTITY! They gave me some bullshit story about my husband and my IDs not pulling, but a few minutes later came back saying “he put in a call with a friend at homeland security”. Needless to say, my husband and I feel like a couple of chimps and we should’ve known better. Hopefully this review will prevent more people from getting screwed over.
I am compelled to provide an update to my previous review due to the ongoing lack of accountability from DFW Auto. After our used truck purchase left my family stranded due to severe mechanical issues—failing brakes, a faulty master cylinder, and a nearly detached hub—we expected some level of responsibility from this dealership. Instead, our multiple attempts to contact them went ignored for days, leaving us to cover $3,000 in repairs out of pocket.
When DFW Auto finally responded, it was not to address our concerns or offer a resolution but to express displeasure about my honest review. Their offer of $500 to remove my review felt like an attempt to silence us rather than rectify the situation. To add insult to injury, the finance coordinator dismissed our experience, suggesting we were “ripped off” by the mechanic and implying they would have fixed the issues if we had brought the truck to them—despite their initial refusal to engage with us.
This dealership’s lack of professionalism, failure to prioritize customer safety, and dismissive attitude are unacceptable. I stand by my original warning: avoid DFW Auto, especially if you value the safety of your family. Always have any vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchase. We are still deeply disappointed and frustrated by this experience.
After reading more reviews on here, it sounds as though the owner/manager is unstable and is an ineffective communicator so instead of personally calling his customers, he sends more articulate, intelligent people to do it for him.”
