He answered all my questions, and set me up to do a test drive. Once I made up my mind to make the purchase, he was very diligent and speedy in processing the paperwork, moving through the financing and signing quickly. I didn’t come prepared with a payment but he was able to set it up so I could come in after the weekend to make my down payment. I’m happy about my new (to me) car. The service was awful to the point that they insinuated i was carrying a fraudulent check from my credit union that they didnt accept they kept saying we will get you a better rate or match it LIES! I was there from 2 to past 9 by the time they came back with the finance paperwork. The “easy care appearances protection “999.00 fee bogus! The car was left so dirty and nothing was what they said. I was given the car at night everything is tactics. I have pictures if needed, I should’ve listened to the credit union lady that helped me when she said “leave they are not being professionals with you.” I really believed what they had said. If I could I would return the vehicle even though I love it! I feel so dumb because I was intimidated..”
