Responded to Ford per their response but no one has attempted to contact us in return. Will continue to update. They have also been reported to the FTC and will be reaching out to the Texas Attorney Generals Office here soon if no response.
Do your due diligence with this dealership.Worst experience with Autonation. Brought my parents car for repair back in December. Spoke with the service department D**** and explained that the car was having issues(this car since it was purchased has had similar issues, multiple times due to manufacturer flaws that are well known but missed the warranty period this time )and my disabled vet father needed a good running car after his heart landed him in the hospital in Novemeber. I advised them to do a full work up on all repairs needed(main complaint was the transmission). I told them to tell me everything thats needed so I can decide if it's worth fixing. They came back with a cost around $3,700. I told them go ahead and do it if this will fully correct it. This also included the other items beside the transmission but was suppose to fix everything. On Dec. 23rd car was ready went back to pick up. After paying cashier service advisor informed me the wheels bearing is bad. OK. Ill get it fixed later I guess even though I asked for everything to be repaired. Drove 7 miles and car broke down again. Brought it back to the shop. They checked it out again but now it also has a coolant issue. After re evaluation they service manager came back saying it needs more repairs and would be an additional $4500.00 but is willing to work with me and give me a deal of $2,500.00( how can i in good faith even trust them when i already paid to have it fixed and car broke down for same the exact issue it just came out of the shop for). I spoke with their corporate office who said the local location manager would reach out but never did as of Jan 20th. On the 20th, I called to go back and pick up the car to take it to another shop to have them verify the repairs done but they cars engine was now on that wasn't before and it once again broke down on its way home and will no longer start. This dealership has no regard for it's customers. I have already started to report their deceptive trade practices and will continue to move forward. I will update this as it unfolds.”

“Me and my wife had a wonderful experience, from start to finish, with salesperson Jeff Miller! We had originally came in to test drive a Mach-E as we had been wanting to get into an EV for quite some time and Jeff’s product acumen and friendliness amazed us so much, we knew a deal was going to happen. Jeff kept in touch throughout the whole process and after having bought many vehicles in the past, I’d say this was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership.

“I would like to thank Mr. Jeff and his team ever so much this suv is a blessing he listens to what I needed and then some and was very helpful the whole team was great to my children and myself. When I got home the joy on their faces was incredible. I can now breathe again a stress and weight was definitely lifted. Again I thank you Mr. Jeff and the team tremendously!!! “I drove to this location at the end of September to check the F-150’s. After stopping at two other Ford locations with no luck negotiating numbers, and no one helping me after walking the lot for over ten minutes, I decided to check AutoNation Ford. Upon arrival Cody came out and greeted me with such a friendly and humble attitude, that I knew in that moment I wanted to give him my car buying business.
He is new to the car sales business and it was quite good having that, I’m new here, but willing to find out anything you need attitude. You did great Cody!!!
Managers on the other hand, I wasn’t too happy with their pushy or the way they force protections packages and service contracts even when I said no. We hit a bump on the road with I told them my truck’s paint needed to be fix from railroad dust while on transport or sitting too long at the port or dealership. All of a sudden, no one knew what to do, but they were quickly to force all kind of packages and contracts I did not asked for. After almost a month form the purchased, the truck’s paint is fixed.
Should I give them a lower star rating, absolutely!! But, Cody was the star here and it was a pleasure to have him as my sales guy!
Oh, and yes, I am loving the truck!!!
By the way, you need a new detail department or train the employees better!!”
