“This experience could have been a lot better. Let me start by saying Kaiden did a great job. My situation was kind of unique due to my old Avenger needing repair. I was given a Loaner vehicle ( Jeep Gladiator) which was fine until my Hornet was ready. Backup camera issue. When my car was delivered I wasn't given a checklist, which is a little odd. I could have listed the scratch on the hood and the indentation above the wheel. Hopefully that can be resolved. I had a flat tire the first day of driving it back from work. So the roadside assistance was not a great thing either. The car itself is beautiful and has really nice features. I would love for Dodge Autonation to resolve some or all of these minor issues. If they can make it right I would be a lifetime customer. (Update 9-22) The service center has resolved most of the issues and replaced my tire with a new tire and will fix the scratch on the hood. Jonathan was really helpful. Although it would have been nice to tell my experience. I understand him wanting to just fix the issue but I had planned on telling my whole story. Happy to change the rating to a 4.”
