“I usually dread going to dealerships because I often feel like they’re trying to take advantage of the buyer. However, my experience at AutoNation in Fort Worth completely changed my perspective. ​From the very first minute I started communicating with James and Terricka, I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. They were incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process, working with me to ensure we reached a deal that was beneficial for everyone involved. ​To top it off, signing the paperwork with Luis, the finance manager, was an absolute breeze. It was pressure free and It only took about fifteen minutes, which is unheard of in the car industry! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and, at the end, I was genuinely impressed and happy with my purchase. “Took an hour and a half for an Oil change even with an Appt? And Manager seemed surprised I thought that was long?! But even with taking their sweet time, they missed doing the emissions inspection that I had requested , though they did remember to charge me for it and not refund as far as I can tell, though I’ve asked twice now. Missed doing the wiper fluid assembly repair quote I requested with my online appt notes. Filled the tires with only 27 pounds of air, though the door specs said 33 min. They must have let air out of the tires to reach 27? Didn’t reset the Oil maintenance reminder either so that’s been lighting up. They sent me 3 pics for maintenance items but when checking out they didn’t mention them or quote them. I forgot because I was trying to get an answer on the emissions inspection. I’ll bring it elsewhere to get those done now. Never go here again!”

“I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this dealership. Before picking up the car, I had agreed with the Sales Rep Joseph that the rock chips will be fixed and they even put that in writing before closing the deal. Based on that promise, I made the trip over 1 hour and 30 minutes away to pick up the car. Joseph completely lied just to get me to take the vehicle when he knew exactly that nothing was fixed. Once I got home, I realized that the rock chips were never repaired as promised. I contacted them, and all I got was excuses and even the Sales manager was nowhere to be found. I even had to pay out of pocket for an Uber to get home an hour and 30 min drive almost $100 after dropping off the car money and time completely wasted because of their dishonesty. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of integrity. If you're considering doing business with this dealership, be very cautious. Don’t trust their word even if its in writting, and inspect everything before leaving the lot. I regret trusting them and hope others don’t go through what I did.”
