I appreciate everyone there (sales, financing etc) for making the deal happen on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited and for making it painless as dealerships tend to be a tedious process! Didn't think it would happen getting approved but financing worked magic when others couldn't. I was also able to get 4 new tires out of the deal which never happens, so kudos on that as well. Excellent selection of vehicles and pricing was fair. Service department was very easy to work with to get the new tires installed. All in all I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend anyone come see Grote and Malik for your next vehicle purchase!”

“I bought a minivan from Arnoldo, and less than a month and a half later it started losing power. I took it to a local shop and was told the engine is bad. The van only has 86,000 miles on it, and I personally only drove about 4,000 miles since buying it. I contacted Grote and spoke with their used car manager, who was completely unhelpful and basically brushed me off. He said the service manager would call me the next day to help work out a better deal on repairs. That call never happened. Now I’m being told a new engine will cost over $6,000 installed. After paying $11,000 for this vehicle, this is beyond frustrating. I feel completely ignored once the sale was done. I would have been better off lighting my money on fire. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle here unless you’re prepared to deal with major issues and little to no support afterward. Update after posting my review you respond with please contact the management team, I tried that before posting the review and you guys didn't care!”

“I had a great experience, Justin was amazing! I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He and the rest of the team there were friendly and professional they all worked very quick and efficient. I think the whole experience only took about maybe an hour and a half from start to driving off the lot. Update: I've had to bring my jeep in for service 3 times so far for Tire pressure sensor issues. Zack and Megan in the service department have been great. But the issue still continues to be a problem. I guess the next step is to send it to an actual dodge and jeep dealership.”
