“This is a review of the Service department! My JT's HVAC blend door went out a few days right before a big trip, and I needed a quick warranty repair. I scheduled an appointment, and got the JT in quickly. However, we ran into some issues with the warranty authorization, the selling dealership (not this one) messed up the paperwork and we couldn't figure out who we have been paying for warranty stuff. Jim Mickelini was our service advisor here, and he went WELL above and beyond to fix the other dealerships problems. He made sure that all the paperwork issues were figured out, got the numbers for me to retain for future reference, and made sure out truck was repaired quickly! I highly recommend Jim as a service advisor, and it is thanks to his work that I will be returning here for my Jeep repair needs in the future.”
