“I contacted Toyota on a Thursday morning. I found a vehicle i was interested in test driving. Dee called me back within a short time and set up an appointment to test drive that afternoon. We did not plan on buying brand new. While test driving Dee talked to myself and husband about another vehicle he thought we would have to have. He was right! Driving the brand new Rav 4 was wonderful. Just what I was looking for. He was very professional, polite & efficient. Also in his favor, We found him friendly and personable. “EDIT: after having my car for a while and getting into the nooks and crannies I’ve decided to change my review. My new car was never detailed, full of crumbs from the GM of the dealership (even a full cookie in cellophane), and the 4 wheel drive shifter is covered in a grease stain that won’t seem to come out. The factory paint protection on the nose of the hood is scratched, when I asked about it Castille said “oh it’s fine” (I’m hoping the warranty will cover it). I never got my plates back from the vehicle I traded in and when I called and asked Castille about it he never got back to me. It’s been 2 months and still haven’t heard anything. My car works great but these salesmen are just that, salesmen. Make sure your requests are in writing, your car is clean when you pick it up, if you want your plates off your trade in I suggest you wait until they CAN get them off, even if that means being there until 8pm. I love using this dealership for oil changes and fate put my dream car on their lot! I asked Castille for more info and 2 days later my partner and I brought it home! Castille was helpful in explaining all of the accessories this car comes with, he was friendly and personable, and he was patient with us while we talked over our options privately— he made us feel like real people instead of a commission check. Irfan was incredibly helpful and descriptive of all of the warranties and coverages they offer and made the finance office process a breeze. We’re looking forward to working with Castille and Fort Wayne Toyota again in the future for our next new Toyota!”

“From beginning to end, Steve made my leasing experience seamless. I cannot recommend buying a car here enough, I live in Cincinnati and it was worth the three hour drive. My local dealers gave me the run-around—wouldn’t discuss numbers until I visited the showroom, but didn’t have anything I wanted in stock, etc. This was absolutely not the case in Fort Wayne. They were never pushy, always honest, and I left feeling good about my decision, and well informed about what was ahead since this is my first lease. Sheridan was also extremely helpful with setting up CarPlay and connected services for the first time, everything connects automatically and I never have to bother with plugging in or sorting through menus. This dealership does great work, and examples of that shine throughout the buying experience.”
