“I dropped my truck off at the service department at the end of October. I was told the part was on back order and i had a warranty. They said the part would be covered under my warranty. So almost a month later i get a call saying it’s ready to be picked up. I went up there to pick it up today and it turns out the service advisor that was working on my truck moved locations. So the new service advisor that was assigned to my truck when i talked with him he didn’t seem to really care that he missed it and just blamed it on everything being put on him. Everyone else who helped me was very polite and tried to help me the best they can. So what im trying to say is if you need to switch service advisors make sure they have all the information before they transfer it over”
