“UPDATE- I have been leaving messages since before Thanksgiving. I have yet to hear back from Austin or the other service manager, even though I’m assured a call back every time I speak to the service team. So in response to “please contact you directly”. I’ve tried multiple times. This is unacceptable. I will reach out again on Monday, but if I do not hear back, I will be filing a report with the BBB. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Please check your messages before leaving a response. Such a slap in the face. lol I bought a vehicle a couple of months ago. Paint defect. When I took it in I was told to take it to Punta Gorda. Also to call and schedule myself, after purchasing a brand new vehicle from them. I did find it a little bit frustrating to have to handle this. However, I did what Victory Layne told me to do a month ago and had my car scheduled for mid December in Punta Gorda. I received a call today that the claim isn’t processed so they were cancelling my appointment. Explain to me why you work with a dealership and have to go to completely different location to have their error corrected. Then when it’s still not corrected over a month later I’m expected to do the leg work. I have worked in the service industry for my entire life. I’m usually pretty patient. However, this morning I left a very kind message for the service manager. No call back. I have a friend that switched to Ford’s because of the dealership. At the time I made fun of him. Perhaps he was actually right.”
