“One picture is our new car , and we set out to buy the exact same car we had last year. 2025 for a 26 and I basically did the deal over night on the internet and finished up the next morning with Brad in sales. I love the free car washes and the sales team. Never had to deal with service since we have owned a Hyundai. Do your homework go prepared, if you spend to much time there its because you cant make your mind up. 3 cars in 3 years. Maybe 1 hour each time at the dealer.”

“Horrible experience at service department. Had 2 front tires that needed to be replaced. They neglected to wipe off the products used to mount the tires and they looked horrible. I thought they were used tires until I wiped them off. With what I paid, you would think they would have cleaned them up. I was also charged for balance and tire rotation on all 4 tires. Ummm…if the front 2 tires were replaced and have the new tires, there was no rotation done. And is balancing not part of a new tire purchase. And to top it all off, my car still has the same shaking issue I originally brought it in for!!! 9/28/2025 update - Hyundai got involved and worked with the dealership. They told me to call and I would receive a refund for a portion of the service. I have reached out and of course the person I need to speak with was not there. It has been over a week and I have not received a call back. 3/1/2026 - update - never could get anyone to call me back for the refund they promised!”
