At the beginning of January, I received a safety recall notice regarding my Chrysler Pacifica. They had to replace the curtain airbags. I had an appointment on January 7, and the airbags were replaced without any issues. The next day, I noticed that they had broken the box inside the trunk that holds the EV charger. They left it attached with double-sided tape, and nobody said anything about it, so I assume they thought I wouldn’t notice. I called them to report the issue, and they asked me to come in so they could take a look. The following week, I stopped by. They removed the panel, and the technician confirmed that a part was broken and needed to be back-ordered. They stated there would be no charge since it was their fault. I agreed and asked when the part would arrive. They said they didn’t know but would call me back. On January 28, three weeks later, I called them myself to ask if the part had arrived. They said yes, but the earliest appointment they could give me was February 12. Fine. Another issue occurred in January: I received a “Hybrid System Malfunction” warning on the dashboard when the vehicle had 34,000 miles. I asked them to address this issue during my next visit as well. However, when I arrived on February 12, the vehicle had 36,500 miles, and they told me they had to charge $250 just to check the EV system because I was now 500 miles past the basic warranty. I guess it’s my fault that they didn’t call me earlier when the part arrived and didn’t schedule the appointment on time. And now the final part: the technician ordered the wrong part. Even though it’s literally just one locking piece inside the box. So now I have to wait again. Both on January 7 and February 11, the technician said that the customer manager would call me to resolve the matter. And guess what the manager did? Nothing. Nobody called me. Great job 👍

My wife and I purchased this beautiful Grand Cherokee last week at Jeep of Fort Myers. Our VIP Sales Agents Loida and Hector did a terrific job and got us an amazing deal. We purchased two Chrysler Pacifica’s from the prior owners, and the new organization has really improved the property and sales experience! I will definitely return into two years when it’s time to trade!

With help from Amir I bought a beautiful car with great deals! Amir worked hard for us as we tried multiple cars out I’m sure he was exhausted running back and forth between cars. He stayed with us for up to three hours! He listened and understood what we wanted and brought out multiple options that fitted our desires. After choosing he continued to help us get us the deal we wanted and even when we got to sales , Juan, was super personable and friendly and also continued to help us get deals. This was the best experience I’ve had yet at a car dealership, I felt no pressure and no gimmicks. I recommend checking them out and ask for Amir and Juan!
