We drove almost 2 and half hours and when we got there all we did was sign our paperwork and take home our new car. From the moment I arrived, Vinny made the entire experience feel comfortable, pressure-free, and enjoyable. He truly listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t want, which is something you don’t always get at a dealership. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel rushed or pushed into a decision. It felt like he genuinely had my best interest in mind the entire time. JR was just as amazing. He worked the numbers and somehow made everything line up perfectly — my payment ended up exactly where I wanted it, which honestly felt impossible walking in. ā€œI normally really respect John Scanlon Acura and their service department but today was a little different. I brought my car in because I had a puncture in the tire front passenger side. I thought I had insurance on the tire. It was confirmed before I left. I told the advisor that I had been away for a month if the oil needs to be changed to go ahead and do so and do a full check on the car since it was already The tire repair. They graciously gave me a Rent-A-Car and I was on my way about 3 1/2 hours later. I get a call from Joshua saying that my car tire was not under warranty it expired two weeks ago and I To get the tire fixed anyway. Upon picking my car up at the end of the day and driving home, I found that my oil was not Requested to be if it was 30% or below and it was at 30% and the other three tires were all different levels. One was 37 when was 32 etc. this was the first time I can say I’m disappointed in the service that I was Provided. In calling Josh back and telling him I displeased about the service. He told me that I could bring it in anytime and they would fix it and I explain Him to do it while I was there because of time constraintsā€
