“I have a 2023 F150 Raptor. Every single service light was appearing each time I drive the vehicle. I had brought my vehicle into Fort Mill Ford, but they were unable to reproduce the problem. However, they did note hundreds of codes upon performing the diagnostics. That being said, they were unable to determine where to begin with respect to a repair and I was left with driving a faulty vehicle. Initially I was frustrated with Ford since the cost of the vehicle was high to begin with and as a consumer, you do not expect to have these issues.
I was frustrated with the service department, and mostly frustrated with Ford. However, when the manager of the service department, Daniel, was informed of my frustration, he was quick to reach out to me directly. He acknowledged my situation and quickly developed a plan to prioritize my concerns. While, I don it have my truck back, yet…I am confident that Daniel and his team will find a remedy for the situation.
It is his responsiveness, ability to articulate the plan, and feeling of assurance that leads me to this review. Consumers are spending more and more on vehicles. We expect value in return for the money we spend. I am happy to have brought my vehicle to Fort Mill Ford. I hope that this dealership recognizes the efforts of their service manager.”
