I walked into the dealership excited — after all, this was my third car from them. You’d think by now, loyalty would count for something. But from the moment I sat down, something felt off. No paperwork. No discussion of interest rates— nothing to negotiate, nothing to even review. I sell services every day; I know what good customer care looks like. This wasn’t it. I felt cornered, like I had no voice in the process. Once the financing was done, they told me to wait — someone would help me with my new car soon. So I waited… and waited. One espresso, one cup of coffee, a bag of chips, and two lollipops later, I was still sitting there wondering if anyone even remembered I existed. Finally, I walked outside, scanning the lot for help. Not one salesperson looked up. I wandered around on my own until I spotted someone — not even my salesperson — standing beside a new car. Turns out, it was mine. Then came the kicker. That salesperson told me I needed to go find the key to my old car so I could drive it over and move my stuff into the new one. After everything — after signing, waiting, and being ignored — I was now doing the handover myself. And there is more to the story but I just want to get my review written. Please beware of this dealership! Am I crazy, or is that just plain disrespectful? No stars. I had to put one there to post the review. That experience was beyond disappointing — it was humiliating. After three cars with them, I’m done. I’ll never go back for another vehicle or service again.

Recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Corolla LE in a pearl white finish. I have been loving my car and so happy to know I have zero issues since purchased. My rep who helped us was Sean/Shawn. He was patient, nice, and super helpful. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting Lipton Toyota in Oakland Park, and overall it was a really good experience. I came in to lease a new vehicle and left very happy with the process and the car itself (2025 Corolla Cross LE)... it was special for me to get a brand new vehicle under my name only, finally. My husband had financed and paid off his vehicle here a few months ago after five years and always serviced it at this dealership, so I felt confident going here...especially now that we live closer and my job is closer too. Everything moved quickly, and the team always followed up with me by phone. They were responsive and made sure I was updated at each step. Gavin, the sales manager, and Daniel in finance were both great. They walked me through everything and made the leasing process feel smooth and straightforward. When I came back the next day to get something checked out, thinking I heard a strange noise, the service experience was mostly good. He gave me some technical explanations, which I understood, and the behavior is actually normal. Peter, the vehicle technician, was really helpful and professional. The only hiccup was with one of the VIP loyalty reps, Dean R, who didn’t seem happy that we hadn’t gone through him for the referral. His dismissive attitude was unacceptable. I explained it was a last-minute visit, and I just came in the day before to explore vehicles and test drive. Despite that, the dealership still honored the $500 referral, which I appreciated. I'd still say the customer has to do some probing around and insist a little, or otherwise you won't get the money. You'd get the runaround like I did. Make sure you have evidence that this was in fact that referral through the VIP Referral loyalty program. One small thing I noticed after the service was that my floor mats were missing. I ended up buying some inexpensive replacements, but I think the originals may have been removed during service or prep and just forgotten. Other than that, I really don’t have any complaints. I’m happy with my new lease, and I’d definitely recommend Lipton Toyota!! Even the follow up from Eric over the phone was prompt. I will definitely continue coming here for service.
