Lauderdale Mini

“1 star MINI of Fort Lauderdale tried to change the agreed price at the last minute. I was given a firm number on October 31, 2025. When I came back November 1 ready to pay in full, they added about $4,000 in surprise charges, including “protection” packages I never asked for and a $1,000 delivery fee that was never discussed. I wasted hours and spent over $100 on Uber because of this. My salesperson was Vasilii Solovev. I own two MINIs and several BMWs, and I have never seen anything this dishonest. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.”

“Had my first oil change last week. Service tech was very nice, carwash good, but I had asked to please check my tire pressures. After picking up my car, my tire pressure had no change at all. Overfilled in back and low in front as was the case before my service appt. Had to go fill my front tires myself. Also no video call after service from the mechanic as was my previous experience at another dealership. This is my 4th mini. Needless to say, my expectations were not met. I emailed the service manager and also did my post service survey. It has been a week and no follow up! I dont plan to go back to this dealership again.”

“Although they didn't have a mechanic available on a Saturday that could determine what was wrong with my Hybrid Mini (after towing it to the service department), the Service Rep (John) was extremely cordial and understanding of my situation, secured a loaner for me and did everything possible to get my car fixed in 3 days. A day of just driving around the city and you do a quick stop to just look around at some cars just for fun and you go back home driving a brand new model. Amazing team work.
