“I had a great experience at Ken Garff Ford. I was looking to trade my full size pickup in for a Maverick Hybrid and I got a great deal on the trade in as well as my lease.
I was picky, I wanted a specific color and options, they did not hesitate to order a truck from another dealership. They even quoted me deals on a handful of similar trucks so I could be sure I was getting exactly the deal I wanted.
Now I'm getting 40mpg and I can easily pull into any parking spot on the first try.
Thanks to everyone at Ken Garff Ford. I will be back in 3 years when my lease is up.”

“Horrible service station. Go somewhere else for oil changes and tire rotations. Got this done on the 2nd of january.after an hour wait, which is normal, I went to ask how my car was, they said it was almost done. After it was done they asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash, I asked how long that would take. I was quoted 10-15 minutes. After waiting another hour, I went to check on the car wash process.... I was then told that my keys had been locked in my car. I asked them, how that could happen and was told, " you don't have a Ford. We don't know how Pontiacs operate". It was a 2005 pontiac GM. It is a car. An older car. With a lock. A normal lock. And a key. A normal key. It shouldn't matter what kind of car it is! I got a little upset hearing how a professional car company who deals with hundreds of different cars daily could make a simple error. The guy I was talking to apologized breifly. I was told by another staff member whose name I didn't catch to "calm down" and "its just a key locked in a car". I found that to be quite rude. And it was at that point, I decided to never come here again. Thankfully a sweet lady, Jimaye Myers, started speaking with me in a professional and courteous way and i was able to calm down in a few minutes. Another 20 minutes later my car was unlocked and I left. I will never go back and Jimaye needs a raise. She may know the man who was speaking rudly from across the room at me. He needs to be retrained on escalations and maybe be trained not to tell an upset woman to calm down after an error he made. I got back in my car and there was oil stains on my driver door panel that I had to clean up. That was the cherry on top! I will not be going back. Shout out to the lady Jimaye! Give her a raise!”

“My car that I loved was recently totaled by a hail storm. I browsed the internet looking for a good deal for my next vehicle. I found Ken Garff of Fort Collins and decided to randomly check out their inventory. They had a Chevy Traverse in their inventory that checked all of the boxes and then some. Leo greeted us outside and was very friendly and informative without being pushy! I test drove the vehicle and loved it. Leo was very attentive and continued to help us through the next steps of financing. Steven in the finance department was great and really helped us get the best possible rate. I highly recommend having Leo and Steven help you find your next vehicle!”
