“On February 27th. my 2016 Buick Encore sent me a continuous "engine overheat" message. This scared me so I drove the car to Dellenbach as it was the closest place I could get to. I had bought this vehicle a few years ago from Dellenbach and have had several oil changes. Mikayla, the service representative, said they would check it out. However, she DID NOT tell me or call me that it would be a $228.85 diagnostic. At that point I was stuck with having to pay that bill. I was then told it woud be $1500 to replace the water pump and thermostat. I told her they were to do nothing further to my car. I had it towed - which cost me $99 to my own mechanic. He proceeded to replace the water pump, thermostat, and drive belt for $852.08. The difference in repair costs is significant. I do not plan to use Dellenbach again for service needs.”

“Always listen to you and keep you posted on repairs, even when what needs to be done, is what I need to do to satisfy the car. I am also very pleased with my sales person, Patrick. If I'm at the dealership, and he is there, he always finds me to make sure everything is OK. It's not like other places that make a sale, and then forget you. (Kind of like some dispatchers I've delt with, their only job is to cover the load, then you are on your own, and they dissappear). I am highly satisfied with service, sales, and dealership.”

John in finance was very knowledgeable and helpful through what used to be a painstakingly long process. He made me feel important and valued my decisions! Great team!
