“I test drove several brands, but the 2025 Fird Escape ST-LINE is great. The ride is comfortable, it is economical, and good looking, inside and out. The engine is peppy both in the city and highway. A couple of times I forgot to put the cruise control on, and I was up to 90mph without realizing it, with a fully loaded cargo area and back seat.”

“Good service, and timely. Found a couple issues upon basic inspection I had concerns about, called said vehicle was ready and asked if mechanic had time for deeper diagnosis. He did and found the issues that other dealership didn't with the 3 times they had it. They got me home and picked up when everything was done, driver was very great. Now waiting on insurance for warranty claim, then will be going back to have everything fixed once all parts are in. Update... Dropped vehicle off for repairs! Work was done timely and on the sane day. Late communication right before closing and issue with warranty to be able to pick up! Was surprised with a text of driver coming to puck me up this morning, slight lack of communication with call to see if I was available, and driver was given wrong address! Did get vehicle, service manger was great and explained what the issue was and technicality was! He had everything resolved this morning, vehicle fixed and running smoothly. Overall I would return to them for further repairs!”

“Tyler my sales guy did an amazing job, always kept me updated and did good explaining everything over the phone… on the other hand the sales manger (John) really let me down, drove 2 1/2 hours to trade in a truck and they offered me 7k less than original offer and lied to me about a “mileage dispute” which was no more than a typing error on carfax, he doubled down on his lies and tired to take advantage of me thinking I was ignorant. Other than that everything else went smooth but not a fan of the sales manager trying to take advantage of someone and lie to them to get a better deal on a trade in. Simple call to car fax and had the “mileage dispute” fixed within a day after he told me it would cost them thousands to fix.”
