“If I could give this place zero stars I would , I brought my car for inspection and they did an alignment on my car and it was done poorly because the number still show off . When I spoke to Dennis the manager he was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life he did not care nor try to accommodate and look at my car . He then tried to blame me and accused me of hitting something when I left the dealership . My warranty company approved the repair and he telling me he won’t look at my car to check it unless I have to pay money . Then he told me he did not have to provide info from the tire alignment machine since my warranty company approved the claim , I still payed my deductible. My car was there over a week they could not even provide me a rental even though that was covered as well. I would never bring my car to this company again in my life . They half do work and rush cars to do a half of a job . I would never recommend service at this dealership to anybody . Then he said he the director at the dealership and no one is over him pathetic just like him . This place robbed me . They charged me 205$ for a diagnostic fee and didn’t even check my whole car . They told me it was the battery wanted to charge me 1000 for that . I would never come here they are a rip off . They didn’t even give me the full diagnostic report that I payed for either . Do not bring your vehicle here . The managers are zero help Too . They also put a zip tie on my steering rack without my consent they got people that don’t know what they are doing working on vehicles . There a stop ring missing from the rack which is causing this noise to make when I make a left turn . Now they want to ban me from this dealership when I spoke up there lies . I will be reporting this further .”
