“STAY AWAY‼️‼️‼️ I’m extremely upset with my experience at Sunrise Ford. This all started over a water intrusion issue. They told me the first dealership failed to fix it and claimed my BCM needed to be replaced, but when I took the car back to the original dealership that handled the recall, they said the BCM was perfectly fine. Sunrise Ford kept my car for almost a month, and I went two weeks with zero communication from my service advisor. I was told a warranty claim was submitted, but Ford Corporate and other dealerships confirmed nothing was ever done. After wasting a month of my time, they refused further service, saying they’re a “new dealership” and that I didn’t buy my car from them. They returned my car in worse condition—missing screws, quarter panel not installed correctly, and wiring hanging out. This was beyond unprofessional. Based on my experience, Eric (manager) and Maria (service advisor) handled this terribly. I would not trust this dealership with any vehicle.”
