He sent me additional pictures and even had the techs put the car on the lift so he could take some pictures underneath the car before I came to see it. I went today to see the car in person and he had the guys put it back on the lift so I could see it myself and have my questions answered. The sales transaction went very smoothly and Tyler did a great job explaining the sales contract. Everyone was attentive and respectful throughout the process. They even gave me free oil changes for life on a 22 year old classic Cadillac XLR. This employee owned dealership really shines. Refreshing to have great customer service in this day and age!
