“Always have a great experience when I bring my car to Folsom Lake Kia. I recently brought a HEV and bring it in for recalls and maintenance. I work from home so being able to use the desk in their lobby and connect to WIFI makes it easier when I book appointment. Their service department is a joy to work with. They always answer all my questions and review what they plans for my baby. They always finish on time or before the time they quote it would take.”

Every employee I interacted with was professional, respectful, and efficient—particularly the sales team members Gayle Blackwell, Gary Paris, and Linda Carpenter. I was in and out quickly, with all details clearly explained, including vehicle pricing, out-the-door costs, warranty options, and next steps. The test-drive process was smooth and easy, without any pressure. The finance experience with Eric Davis was the most straightforward I have ever had—clear, no-nonsense, and efficient. Overall, the entire process was transparent, well-managed, and respectful of my time, making it a truly positive experience.”

“EDIT** We purchased a certified pre owned car and the next morning noticed paint chips in the front grill. All of my research has shown that any cosmetic stuff is supposed to be addressed/ disclosed before sale and we were never made aware of it. We called and they’re saying nothing can be done since we didn’t notice it. But it seems as though with certified pre owned cars, things like that are supposed to be fixed or disclosed which is not being honored
EDIT X2** Jerry with FLK got in contact with us and had all damage +some replaced for free as well as made sure we had a car to use in the meantime. Besides that first little hiccup, everything went well and we had a great experience
Angel was super nice. She saw I was looking at a car online and emailed me the next morning about it and had the car pulled up front when we got there. She was very helpful and showed us all the features of the car we wanted. Truly felt like I was talking to a friend I had known for years.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Folsom Lake Kia and couldn’t be happier about my purchase and deal! I recently bought a Kia K5 GT-Line, and the discount they offered was much better than the offers other dealerships made me previously.
Angel was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, kind, accommodating, and positive throughout the entire process. She even made sure I was taken care of on her day off, which really shows how much she cares about the people she works with. She made the whole experience seamless and stress-free, exactly what I was hoping for when walking into the dealership.

“Had the most enjoyable and stress free car buying experience at Folsom Kia today. Would highly recommend Gary in sales, he was professional, easy going and straight forward. Called him regarding incentives available for a new EV6, told him what I was looking for and where I needed to be. Had a deal sheet texted to me 15 mins later. Did the credit app online, had an approval 20 mins later. Drove down, was in and out of finance in 30 minutes. Seriously took more time to drive there than buy the car. No haggling, no “surprises.” Thank you Gary, we love our new EV6! (We also own a Telluride - buy a Kia, you won’t regret it!)”
