“Thank you Randy Wise Hyundai, thank you for the reminder that even in 2025 you can't trust used car dealerships and that you need to go over used cars with an actual microscope. I bought my 2022 Kona N from a month ago and absolutely loved it (I still do it's a great car). However, upon getting home I started finding scent taps and after the 15th scent tab I understood what had happened. This car had been heavily smoked in. The rear glass still had tar on it when I cleaned it. After fully detailing the Kona (Home Depot has a great hand held carpet cleaner) and ozoning the car, the smell is finally gone. There is still a tacky, almost tar like substance on the rim of the center console that I am still attempting to clean off. If this dealership used the money they spent in scent tabs and cheap detailing products on actually cleaning their cars, they might just sell what they claim. In conclusion, if you are someone who smokes in their car and are looking to sell, check out Randy Wise! Though don't let them give you a dollar less for "cleaning fees" and just get your own scent tabs.”
