“Extremely disappointed with the service at Plaza Auto Leasing and Sales. The customer service is absolutely terrible! I came in with the intention of either buying a car or at least getting some information, but instead of helping or offering anything useful, the staff completely ignored me. I sat in the showroom for almost an hour, and no one even acknowledged me! They were all too busy doing their own thing. When someone finally came over, I still didn’t get any clear answers to my questions. It felt like they couldn’t care less about their customers! This kind of attitude is unacceptable, and I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money here!”
