I had a really great experience at Acura Brooklyn, thanks to Ameen and his supervisor, David. They were honest, patient, and super clear about the leasing process, which I really appreciated. They took the time to walk me through everything, helped me find something that actually fit my budget, and never made me feel pressured. We spent close to five hours going through options, and they truly went the extra mile the whole time. They checked in often, explained all the features in a way that made sense, and made sure I got to test drive the car and feel good about my decision. The entire process felt way less stressful than I expected. I’m really happy with my car and grateful for how smooth they made the experience. If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable salespeople who actually care, I’d definitely recommend Ameen and David at Acura Brooklyn.

I recently visited Acura of Brooklyn and wanted to share feedback on my experience. Manny was personable, professional, and easy to work with, which I appreciated. He created a comfortable and respectful environment throughout our interaction. That said, the overall process felt more heavily focused on pricing discussions than on the vehicle itself. As someone who has purchased vehicles before, I’m accustomed to a more streamlined, efficient flow—one that balances financial transparency with adequate time to review vehicle features, technology, and the driving experience. This visit felt more drawn out than necessary, with significantly more time spent at the table than with the car. With a more efficient structure and greater emphasis on the product, the experience could be elevated to match the quality and reputation of the brand. I’m sharing this feedback constructively, in hopes it supports continued improvement. That said, so far, I love my MDX.
