“My daughter & I went to Picasso Imports to check out a used car they were selling (Chevy Equinox). We worked with Toshi who let us check out the car to our satisfaction. He & Lily worked to get the best deal we could find anywhere in Indy. We really appreciated his attention and didn't feel overpressured. Thanks for the great service!”

“I bought a 2010 4 runner from this place this past saturday. I was told there was no frame damage at all. When i was driving it home it atarted shaking really bad so i brought to a family members mechanice shop. Picasso imports had coated the frame over the rust to hide all the damage. It has so much rust that caused frame damage that it is undrivable. When i contacted them to inform then and requested it to be fixed or replaced they said it would be 3 month befor they could get it in the shop. Then i was told that they are unwilling to help me at all and told me to get an attorney. The finance ladys name is lilly. She is very rude and unprofessional. I DONT recomend picasso imports at all.”

“Buying a truck from Picasso Imports was the most regrettable purchasing decision I’ve ever made. Hopefully I can help someone else that might be on the fence.
After weeks of poor communication and the inability to find a delivery driver, I drove the 8 hours to Indianapolis myself, only to wait in Max's office over 6 hours for a truck that very clearly was never looked at by a service department (empty fuel tank, exposed wires, and multiple issues that should have been addressed before sale)
Despite purchasing a $3,000 warranty, it conveniently did not cover the $6,000+ in immediate repairs the truck required due to the fine print: wheel bearings, ball joints, axles, tie rods, valve cover gasket, AC compressor, brake pads installed backwards, and more. I have multiple pages of neglected issues.
I don’t write this for financial recourse—I accept my mistake. I write this to warn future customers. Picasso put an incredibly unsafe vehicle out on the road, which is the most disturbing part. Transparency, accountability, and basic professionalism were sorely lacking in my experience. If you value peace of mind and trust in a dealership, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.”

“Such a great experience. As a buyer in upstate NY, discovered online in late May a Picasso listing for a gorgeous Maserati gt in granito, low miles, great price, very clean condition and extensive car fax service history. I worked with Lilly who was delightful and honest through the full interstate transaction from begging to end. She was swift, experienced, and effective from sending detailed initial videos of the car inside and out, securing very fair financing with no early payoff penalty, all nys dmv titling and registration, and even delivery options at deal closure. Through no fault of Picasso, the local dmv office mis-recorded some information extending the process a bit. Lilly over the weeks long process still ALWAYS called, emailed, and texted me back, to keep me updated, even after closing hours sometimes. After having some less than pleasant experiences at local vehicle dealers, my trust was fully rewarded by working with Lilly/Picasso in Indiana. I have every intention of purchasing future high end imports from Lilly going forward. Thank you & best wishes :) (*pix are at front door delivery & later in the Adirondack park in ny)”
