“Just picked up my 2020 BMW M4 from Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma and the experience was honestly top tier. Roman was my salesperson and made everything super easy, no pressure, fast, and answered all my questions. The car was exactly how it was described and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They even cleaned it from top to bottom. Definitely recommend asking for Roman if you’re looking for a solid, stress-free car buying experience.”

“I must say that this was the most incompetent group of salesmen & finance team I've had the displeasure of working with at any Mercedes Dealership across the US. I knew almost immediately, both the sales team and finance team had little to no experience, and certainly had no idea how to close and process a remote deal. The finance department made a claim on the process being "100%" digital signatures, then turns around and mails me documents to sign and didn't even acknowledge the fact that she made multiple claims of the process being completed digitally. Additionally, they pulled a bait and switch, once they received the bank check for payment, the finance department then decided to disclose they would hold the vehicle for an additional two weeks from deposit. This is an absolute incompetent finance department and I didn't even finance the vehicle with these individuals. Their responsibility was just to complete and close the sale. The salesman, Ellington, completely gave up after the deal was completed (funds sent). He completely stopped communicating to help the client see through pickup of the transport. That's solidifying the deal. Not leaving the client to figure out who's going to be the point of contact for transport pickup. I certainly suggest this GM fire most of this incompetent team and finds new competent and experienced team members to turn this business around. Otherwise, I see a failing dealership in the future.”
